Our massage therapist offers intentional, calming care designed to support women through every stage of life. Using a blend of Swedish and therapeutic techniques with light to medium pressure, each session is tailored to your unique needs. From easing the changes of pregnancy to restoring balance in everyday life, our certified prenatal therapist provides a gentle space to relax, release, and renew.

At Grow Lake Country, we believe the body was designed to heal when given the right support and environment. That’s why we’re honored to collaborate with Dr. Jane Brotski, who provides gentle, hands-on chiropractic care for women, mothers, and newborns.
Chiropractic care supports the nervous system, the communication highway of the body. When the spine and joints are aligned and moving well, the body can regulate stress, reduce pain, and function more efficiently. This is especially important during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early childhood development.

Pelvic floor physical therapy helps women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again. Whether it’s returning to exercise, caring for little ones, or enjoying intimacy without pain, pelvic floor PT supports women through every stage of life.
Dr. Marissa Bacon works one-on-one with clients to create personalized treatment plans for a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related symptoms, and postpartum recovery. -

Comprehensive care for multiple or more severe pelvic health issues
Focus: Support for general pelvic health concerns and individualized rehab.
Remote Postpartum Program
Completed via an app and 1 virtual check in per week.
Standalone Option: $225
6-week guided home exercise program with pelvic floor, core, and overall postpartum recovery exercises

Childbirth Education

Our childbirth classes are designed to empower expectant parents with knowledge, confidence, and peace of mind. Together, we explore birth physiology, comfort techniques, breathing, partner involvement, and postpartum wellness — so you feel supported, prepared, and connected every step of the way.
Classes are taught Birth doula Hanna and integrative health practitioner and owner Jessica, offering a balance of hands-on experience and holistic wellness guidance.

Join Takhinsha Hollis, L.Ac. on a blissful and restorative journey with individualized acupuncture treatments offered in a small, supportive group setting of up to 6 people.
You’ll relax comfortably in zero-gravity chairs while being guided through gentle breathwork and meditation to help calm your nervous system, soften tension, and deepen your treatment experience.
